These Things Are Timeless

A few months back, I came across the AFI's (American Film Institutes) list of 'the top 50 stars of American cinema'. That day I spent three hours reading almost all of the actors' and actresses' biographies on Wikipedia. I was instantly hooked. And so, a long obsession with the actors and the actresses of old Hollywood began. Since it is now the holidays, I rented out some old films like Casablanca, How To Marry A Millionaire, Roman Holiday, Sabrina, Paris When It Sizzles and Charade. I have watched all of them except Roman Holiday so far. I highly recommend you watch some of the movies listed as the 100 Best Movies of All Time (I personally would recommend Casablanca, Funny Face, How To Marry A Millionaire, The Godtfather Triology, Sabrina and Breakfast At Tiffany's), I plan to watch most of them.

Click on these links to read some pretty awesome and interesting info:

I also personally think reading some of the most famous quotes from films is also really interesting...

P.S Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall have a vocal disorder named after them, Bogart-Bacall syndrome, thought I'd just share that fun fact with you! :D
